Angela Habeebullah is the heart and founding attorney of the Kansas City-based Law Offices of Angela Habeebullah. Ms. Habeebullah has been engaged in the practice of law for over two decades. A Kansas City local, Ms. Habeebullah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri in 1986. With a budding passion and calling to the law, Ms. Habeebullah chose to attend law school at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law. She graduated in 1991 and, anxious to begin her career as an attorney, immediately entered the legal arena.
Ms. Habeebullah’s legal interests are diverse. As a general practioner, she has represented individuals and small businesses in a variety of legal arenas. Her areas of emphasis have been on consumer bankruptcy, civil litigation, and small business advice. However, Ms. Habeebullah’s expertise stretches far beyond that. At her firm, Ms. Habeebullah practices in the following fields: probate, bankruptcy, civil litigation, mediation and arbitration, and small business advice. Throughout her years practicing, she has gained knowledge and insight which enables her to handle a breadth of legal issues. This allows clients to engage Ms. Habeebullah’s services for a variety of individual and business needs Additionally, such broad knowledge provides Ms. Habeebullah with a unique approach to legal questions and she is often known to creatively tackle confounding issues.
Ms. Habeebullah is an attorney who puts her heart and soul into each case. Since 1995, she has worked with the Volunteer Attorney Project in Kansas City which provides impoverished area residents with free legal representation for problems including: consumer law, contract disputes, bankruptcy, housing issues, governmental benefits, unfair sales practices, and other civil litigation matters. Her efforts positively impact the lives of the least fortunate in our community, and it is what continues to motivate Angela to do the best job possible for her clients.
Ms. Habeebullah is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. She is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Habeebullah has additionally been admitted to practice in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Missouri and the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Kansas.
